Social & Social was founded in December 2023 by Nicole Archer, following a successful 30+ year career in sales, marketing and events across Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties.
An opportunity given to Nicole at the age of 18 helped shape her future and taught her that building strong connections is the key to success. Over three decades, those relationships became the foundation for everything she has achieved. The networks and experience she has built across the region now form the backbone of Social & Social, where strategic marketing comes together with a people-first approach.

Nicole brings 30+ years of experience, insight and local knowledge after working for the county’s largest media organisations, building commercial success across multiple areas and delivering some of the region’s biggest events.

Social media
& content Manager
With a BA (Hons) in Creative and Professional Writing, she blends creativity with strategy to deliver real results. Chloe has led campaigns as a Senior Marketing and Content Executive at Goldfish, working closely with Virgin Start Up, and previously coordinated content at UWE Bristol.
Grace Crocker
Events Manager
Starting her career as a marketing apprentice, she quickly moved into event management and has spent the past 10 years building her expertise, from pop-ups and promo events to large scale exhibitions and corporate functions.
